Cranel Inc. Announces Expansion of its Versitec Division

Cranel Inc. today announces that its Versitec division is expanding its business offerings to provide Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) to a broader IT market.
Versitec, the support division of Cranel Inc., now offers services around desktop business equipment, specialty printers and readers, and data center/high availability equipment along with enterprise content management equipment.
“At Cranel, we have a history of growing and evolving our business units to meet market demand, and that’s precisely what we are doing here,” said Cranel Inc. President and COO Craig Wallace. “While one facet of Versitec remains dedicated to supporting Value Added Resellers (VARs) in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) sector for our Cranel Imaging division, the MVS segment addresses a broader market—servicing business equipment beyond ECM.”
The new MVS offering provides management services for accounts, contracts, calls and product life cycle as well as vendor consolidation and access to a service management portal. Protecting and extending the life of equipment while saving time and money for the customer has been the mission of Versitec expertise for more than 20 years.
