| Nick Cellentani, an integral executive since May 1997, is responsible for three separate areas of Cranel, Inc., including Information Technology, Operations, and Consulting Services for Adexis. Prior to joining Cranel, Nick was product manager for Salesoft, a leader in sales force automation software, where his team achieved the much sought after Gartner magic quadrant status. Nick has also held key roles with Symix systems, a leader in CRM software, and Liebert Corporation, where he was director of sales and marketing operations for the global leader in business critical continuity. Nick is a graduate of Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. |

| Michael Cush joined Cranel in October 2000. Prior to his appointment as CTO, he served as Vice President of Technical Services for Resource One Computer Systems. He also held positions with Sun Microsystems and The Ohio State University's Computer and Information Science Department. As CTO, Michael plots Cranels technical future, directs market analysis, and develops company market positions and solution offerings. He also heads development of ISOdx, a change isolation tool that provides unprecedented visibility and control over IT environments. Michael is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. |

| Scott Slack was appointed Vice President and General Manager of Cranel Imaging in 2004, after holding the positions of Vice President of Marketing and Marketing Director. Prior to joining Cranel, Scott served in senior marketing and sales management positions at Information Dimensions, Inc., Legent Corporation, and Sterling Software. Scott leads Cranel in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs, as well as directing vendor relations' efforts and partner development initiatives. He holds B.S. and B.A. degrees in Marketing and Transportation & Logistics from The Ohio State University. |

| Michael Tracy joined Cranel as Chief Financial Officer in October 2000. He previously held senior financial management positions with The Mike An Group, MBA Marketing Corporation, and Safelite Auto Glass. He also served as an auditor and manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Michael directs all accounting, finance, and human resources functions at Cranel. He is a CPA and graduate of Miami University of Ohio. |

| In 1986, Mike Trautman joined Cranel, Inc. to open the Pittsburgh/Cleveland market. Two years later, he relocated to the East Coast to open two new Cranel sales territories. Over the next eight years, Mike developed a storage expertise track record that earned him the role of Vice President of Cranel's Eastern Region in 1998, followed by an appointment to Vice President of Sales in 2001. Prior to joining Cranel, Mike worked for a plastics manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio. A graduate of Cedarville University, Mike has a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, and a minor in Communications. |

| In 1994, Craig Wallace joined Cranel, Inc. to start the service business known as Versitec. Prior to founding Versitec, Craig held positions in sales and marketing in the Network Service Divisions of CompuServe, both at their Corporate Offices and in the Washington, D.C. area. Craig is responsible for the sales and operations of the entire Managed Services Business headquartered in Columbus, Ohio and the advanced Depot operations facility in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Under Craig's management, Versitec has achieved a significant compounded annual growth rate since its inception in 1994. Craig holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University. |

| James Wallace founded Cranel, Inc. in 1985 and today guides the company's overall strategic direction. Prior to founding Cranel, Jim was not only the owner of Microtech, an electronic component manufacturer's representatives firm, but also established Cascade Data, an electronic component company, and REP Associates, a business computer firm. Through Jim's leadership and his more than 30 years experience in information technology and engineering, Cranel has grown into an expansive company with locations across the U.S. A graduate of North Dakota State University, Jim also received a MBA from the University of Iowa and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. |
